I am excited to introduce the newest member of our senior leadership team, Chief Financial Officer Charles Loop.

Charles is a travel technology industry veteran who is joining us after a more than 20-year career with one of our key customers, Sabre, and its affiliated companies.

Most recently, he was CFO at Sabre Travel Network. Prior to that he led the post-acquisition of Travelocity Europe and lastminute.com, eventually moving up to CFO of Travelocity Europe.

We are thrilled to welcome such a well-respected and experienced executive. His knowledge of the travel distribution business will enable him to hit the ground running, with a focus on profitability, costs, margins and ROI. He will also play a key role in DHISCO’s strategic product positioning and pricing.
